Theo brings over a decade of experience leading engineering teams at high-growth tech companies including Verve Group, Delivery Hero, SAP, and Siemens. His expertise spans AI/ML systems, recommendation engines, and database architecture. Theo is also a contributor to the Rust programming language compiler and Apache Arrow project. He combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership in scaling engineering organizations.
